Return Policy
  1. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 10 days. Once we receive the returned item, www.madhuramsexotica.com/ o will then give a replacement. 

 

  1. Product can be qualified to return only after the customer support team approves it. 

 

  1. Product returning from customers should not be damaged further or used. 

 

  1. If the order is dispatched from us, no kind of return or refund can be made, only replacements

 

  1. No one shall make an individual decision of returning the product without our consent. It will not be considered.

Refund Policy
  1. If the parcel is returned to us due to No service by courier / party not available/ door locked/ could noy locate the address, we will resend the parcel in India postal and it will not qualify for refund. 

 

  1. Refund is not accepted on DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

 

  1. On return or damage of products only replacement will be given. No kind of refunds are encouraged.

 

4.If the order is dispatched from us, no kind of return or refund can be made.

 

  1. Products can only be exchanged with similar products or other products of the same value on request.

 

  1. If the package returns due to wrong address / unavailability of the consent person / shifting / office time over or any such reasons it can be resent only once. 

 

  1. Refunds will not be made for returns with reasons – customer not reachable, wrong delivery address. We will only arrange to resend the parcel.
